Financial Policy for non-resident* patients and college students
University Park Family Dentistry will file insurance for non-resident patients and college students when treatment is performed, as a courtesy.Â
Payment for services from insurance will not be accepted. Payment in if full is required at time of service and insurance will reimburse the patient or parent for services rendered.Â
*Non-resident patient is defined as a patient whose permanent residency is not w/in a 50-mile radius of University Park Family Dentistry
